Our Process
If you’ve never experienced the remodeling process before, it can feel intimidating. And it’s important to know what to expect. You’ll be working with an interior designer, and they are there to help you narrow down your selections as well as guide you through the processes, acting as your single point of contact through the various stages. Your designer will talk with you about your project, then they will take measurements of your space and will create one single design plan at three different price points. Then they will help you select the items that are right for you so that at the end of the day, the space should feel like it fits your style.
Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll handle all of the ordering, warehousing and delivery of the materials, so you won’t have to worry about having to house things in your garage for the weeks leading up to installation. We have several contractors that we work with for installation, and a general contractor who will handle all of the scheduling and demo. Through all of this, with all of the moving pieces, your designer will be your single point of contact, meaning that they will work with all of the contractors so that you won’t need to.
What does this remodel process look like? We break it down into three Phases:
Phase 1
Phase 2
You’ve made your selections, it’s time for you to sit back, relax and let us get to work. We’ll order all the materials, schedule the contractors for demo and installation, store the materials until the installation date, deliver everything to your home, and handle all the unexpected elements that come up during any construction project. Your job: go about your day knowing that we’ve got this handled.
Phase 3
Now that everything is finished, you get to walk into your finished space and enjoy your new room! We’ll teach you how to care for your new surfaces and ensure that you get the most out of them for years to come. This is your space and you deserve to enjoy it as much as possible.
