Testimonials, photographs and/or videos used for publication in the specified methods above will be selected at the sole discretion of this business. This business reserves the right not to use any submissions that do not meet acceptable standards for quality or content.
By submitting a testimonial, photograph and/or video, you are declaring that the testimonial, photograph and/or video is, in fact, owned by you, not sold or owned by any other party, and is not a reproduction of another person’s work in part or in whole. This business is not responsible for inadvertent copyright violations of any materials submitted by entrants. All materials included with this submission are assumed to be original works provided by you.
By submitting a testimonial, photograph and/or video, you grant to this business the right to use and publish these materials online, on third party websites and in advertising. This business reserves the right to display ANY testimonial, photograph and/or video sent through this system.
Should you wish to have any testimonial, photograph and/or video removed from the company website, third party social media sites or from various forms of advertising used by this business you must contact this business directly and removal of these materials may take up to 30 business days.
Only testimonial, photograph and/or videos deemed suitable for the public audience will be accepted, any testimonial, photograph and/or video deemed unsuitable will be deleted.
By submitting an original testimonial, photograph and/or video, you release and hold harmless this business, their owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the submission of the testimonial, photograph and/or video.
No responsibility is assumed by this business for lost, misdirected, or illegible submissions. This business is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by this business, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this submission or by any technical or human error which may occur.
