We have had a wonderful experience replacing our carpet—original carpet was new and would not stay stretched.

[The Installer] did a spectacular job with the installation. He identified what the problem was with the first carpet and made sure that would never happen again. He did an excellent job of matching a difficult design.

He was able to finish the installation in one LONG day—we were able to sleep in our bedroom that night. We appreciated his knowledge and personality!!

Our compliments also to Emily Chase. She was very helpful when we first starting looking for carpet and followed through with all our questions. She was easily available and guided us to a high quality carpet. She was also helpful with the layout options, recommendations and seamlessly coordinating the installation. Brian was helpful when he came to measure—we believed everything would work!

Our journey with Eheart started over 2 years ago when my husband and I decided on a whim to stop into Eheart and see about some much needed updates to our 1980’s home. Missy and Brian came to the house, took measurements and helped us pick out materials. For various reasons I won’t go into, we decided to wait, but I promised Missy we would be back.

Fast forward to fall. I stopped by to tell her we were ready, wondering how I would be greeted. Missy didn’t miss a beat. She found our file and we set a date to get started.

We relied heavily on Missy and her design concepts – she could see what we could not. She helped us put together a beautiful pallet of colors and textures, staying within our budget.

We give Eheart and Missy five stars on Quality, Value, Responsiveness and Punctuality.

Missy keeps her word and has provided us with top-notch service. The workers showed up on time and worked diligently and cleaned up after themselves. She worked with us on the smallest of details, because she isn’t happy until the client is 100% happy. Remodeling can certainly be stressful, but Missy made it fun. We always look forward to a Missy visit.

We also had the pleasure of working some with Emily and she was personable and caring and fit right into the Eheart team, We met a lot of the workers and do believe they hire the best.
