WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the full client experience — from discovery and in-home consultations to design presentations, contract signing, and final project sign-off.
• Conduct in-home and jobsite visits, gather data, and develop detailed design plans in Chief Architect and AutoCAD.
• Curate product selections across cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, flooring, and window coverings.
• Prepare material schedules, pricing, and contracts; collect deposits and manage progress payments.
• Coordinate deliveries and installations, maintaining proactive client communication throughout.
• Contribute to a collaborative showroom environment, assist with scheduling, and participate in ongoing sales training.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of kitchen and bath design experience in a retail or showroom setting. A passion for sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proficiency in Chief Architect, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office; experience with Moraware, 20/20, NetSuite a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in cabinetry design — from concept through installation.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, countertops, flooring, and window coverings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to navigate complex client relationships with tact and professionalism.
• A self-starter who thrives with ownership — organized, accountable, and energized by managing multiple projects at once. You’re motivated by helping people create spaces they love, and by the satisfaction of earning the business.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work across office, showroom, and active construction environments.
